When you correct your posture, especially if you work at a desk all day, you’ll be rewarding yourself later in life. Back pain, stress etc. It all gets sorted. Try this tip.

Shoulders Back & Down. Slouching the shoulders leads to rounding of the upper back. This stresses your neck, elbows & wrists.

      Great post. Talk about a picture speaking a thousand words.
      I just linked this post to an article I was writing about poor posture with cycling – if I look at the guy on the desk it becomes real easy to understand why sitting at a desk all day then sitting on a bike for lunch isnt exactly going to solve low back problems now, is it.
